Phoenix Garden Design Ltd provides a high quality design and build service for domestic and commercial clients.

Many of our clients live within a conservation area. This can affect choice of materials and some work can require planning permission or permission for work from a Tree Officer. We have good relations with local officers and have always found them to be most helpful and constructive.

1: Our contact with clients most often begins with a telephone call. It is not necessary to have specific design ideas or to know anything about plants or hard landscaping materials. All we would ask for, at this stage, is some idea of the scope of your project and to hear any ideas or requirements if they already exist. This should help us to establish that we are the right company for you.


2: The next step is to meet on site. This enables us to see the potential of the site, make some initial recommendations, and to discuss your ideas and requirements in detail. If you have a “mood board” or pictures of plants or styles you like, this can be helpful. From this meeting we will be able to formulate a brief for your project. It is useful at this stage to have some indication of budget.
3: Once the brief is agreed, we will then produce and present the design, and if appropriate, planting plans. Fees for the design normally start at around £500. At the presentation we would also present costings. If any changes are necessary, we would clarify these.



4: Once the design and budget are approved we can schedule a starting date.


5: Our dedicated team ensures that you will always receive a high quality service supported by high quality products. We will always endeavour to minimise any disruption or inconvenience to you during the work.
